According to the United Nations Refugees Agency (UNHCR)*, an unprecedented 65.5 million people around the world have been forced from home, including 22.5 million refugees, over half of whom are under the age of eighteen. There are also 10 million stateless people restricted from access to basic rights, education, healthcare, employment and freedom of movement. Meanwhile, during 2016, 552,200 refugees returned to their countries of origin, a number two times more than that of the previous year.

Our Shelter Zone at Aid&Trade London 2018 will showcase shelter solutions which significantly reduce vulnerability and build communities resilience.
